May must be cream puff month for the Tuedays with Dorie baking group!
For the first selection, I made the Gouda Gougères. I've been making Dorie's gougères for many years, since they are perfect for potlucks and get-togethers. This is a version using gouda cheese with a bit of cumin, and a topping of cumin seed and Maldon salt. Needless to say, they didn't last very long!

They would not last long here either, those look really wonderful. I'm excited to make them in two weeks, I know you are going to enjoy the cream puffs while I'm making these in two weeks. Nice photo.
